My Story *

A smiling woman with glasses and a colorful scarf taking a selfie at the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean, with waves crashing on the beach below and green hills in the background.

My career began in sales, retail, and customer service—roles that taught me how to read people, navigate complex conversations, and build trust quickly. Those early years shaped my understanding of what it means to truly support customers and communicate with clarity, empathy, and intention.

My love for music led me to pursue degrees in Audio Engineering and Entertainment Business, which eventually brought me to Las Vegas—the epicenter of live entertainment and hospitality. I spent several years in liquor distribution, partnering with a wide range of brands, each with its own voice, audience, and definition of success. It was a fast-paced, creative environment that strengthened my client management skills and taught me how to bring ideas to life with both strategy and resourcefulness.

As the digital landscape evolved, I felt called to evolve with it. I earned a Master’s Degree in Internet Marketing and stepped into roles focused on e commerce, digital strategy, and data-driven growth. That experience opened the door to leading large scale digital initiatives for a global hospitality organization, where I supported the online presence, loyalty programs, and CRM experiences across more than 40 properties. In these roles, I partnered closely with cross functional teams around the world, balancing complex priorities and ensuring alignment across markets, departments, and stakeholders.

From there, moving into account management and client success was a natural progression. Across industries – Lottery, Video Games, and Hospitality - I became deeply committed to elevating the voice of the customer and using it to shape strategy, strengthen partnerships, and drive long term value. In these roles, I worked closely with global, cross functional teams, aligning diverse perspectives and priorities to deliver cohesive strategies and meaningful results across markets.

And then, like many talented people in recent years, I was laid off.

What could have been a setback became a moment of clarity. Looking back at the throughline of my career, I realized that every role I’ve held centered around the same core strengths: partnership, communication, client experience, and building the systems that help teams thrive. Starting this company wasn’t just a response to change—it was an aligned next step. A way to bring together everything I’ve learned and offer it with intention, flexibility, and depth.

Today, my work is rooted in helping organizations grow with purpose, strengthen their relationships, and build the foundations that support their next chapter.
